Do you offer discounts? |

A. We offer
quality products at very fair prices but are pleased to be able to offer
the following discounts on larger orders. Trophy Order
size: £200 (Excluding
engraving) Free shipping to a UK Mainland address. £350 (Excluding
engraving) 10% discount plus free shipping £600 (Excluding
engraving) 15% discount plus
free shipping £1000 (Excluding
engraving) 20% discount plus free shipping Discounts are at
our discretion and may not be applied if we are asked to supply goods in
under a week. Any discount that
may be applicable is conditional on receipt of payment before dispatch
or at time of collection. |

Do your prices include VAT? |
|||||
| A. Yes, our catalogue
and website prices INCLUDE VAT (currently at 17.5%). We do not like to
surprise you later with additional charges. A full VAT invoice is issued
with each order if you are in a position to be able to claim it back
from the VAT man. |

Can I place an order for trophies online? |
|||||
| A. Unfortunately due to
the wide range of options offered for most of the trophies it is not
practical to offer an 'on-line' ordering service. |

How do I order my trophies? |
|||||
| A. The easiest way is
to e-mail your order Just itemize the trophies with their part code, and
specify which sporting centre and include the wording you want on the
trophy plates. Please ensure your contact details are included -
including a telephone number. If there is any thing we are not sure of
we will contact you about it. We accept most credit/debit cards (not
Amex). (See below) |

Is it safe to send my card details over your website? |

| A. Not yet.
The safest way to pay is by paypal to mindgames@ccfworld.com or
telephone your card details to: 020 8144 5354. We also accept cash or
cheques made out to “CCF Mindgames Ltd” |

Can I have an estimate/quote? |
|||||
| A. Of course! We'll be
pleased to supply either an estimate or a quote without obligation. Just
e-mail your requirements with your engraving requirements and we will
e-mail the quote back. |

Do you have a minimum order value? |
|||||
| A. Yes. The minimum
mail order value is £5.00. There is no minimum order for
cash on collection orders. |

How long does it take before I receive my order? |
|||||
| A. We pride ourselves
on a fast turnaround on orders. Stock items are normally dispatched
within two working days (a lot same day!). Non stock items we aim to
dispatch within one working week but please give us a little more time
just in case. We use first class post for smaller items and next day
courier for larger orders. |

How much is the postage? |
|||||
| A. We know how you hate
P&P charges so we try and keep them to a minimum weighing each order
and charging at cost plus a maximum of 60p for packing materials. There
is a minimum £1.00 P&P charge. We offer free delivery to CR5
postcodes and for all orders over £200 to |

When is your busy period? |
|||||
| A. This is usually
between April and July. This is the end of the football season and the
start of end of season presentations. Please allow extra time when
placing orders in this period to avoid disappointment.
The best advice we can offer is to place your orders as early as
possible so that we have time to get alternatives should certain
trophies be out of stock. Engraving details can follow later. |

Do you send trophies on credit? |
|||||
|
A. Generally the
answer is no and we require payment before the goods are dispatched. To
make this easier, we are able to accept payment from most debit/credit
cards, Paypal, plus cheque and BACS. Pro-forma invoices can be sent on
request. We may however,
at our discretion, invoice schools on receipt of an official purchase
order. |

| CCF MindGames was
formed in September 2003 as a specialist chess equipment and book
supplier. It wasn’t long before junior chess events were asking for
trophies and medals which led to CCF Engraving Services becoming a
